Start each day at 0830 until approximately 5pm; end on Thursday shortly after noon. Hospitality upon conclusion of class on Tuesday and Wednesday, 5-7pm.

Target audience: 1-5 year firefighters that are interested in learning more about the IAFF and how they can become a contributing member and possible leader in their own local. We will discuss labor history including that of our IAFF, financial health and wellness, behavioral health and resilience, generational differences, and union leadership values.
